B3 Cycling works closely with Herts County Council, cycleinstructor.co.uk and various other instructors in Herts to deliver a high standard of cycling courses
All instructors are CRB checked, insured and qualified to National Standards set by CTC
Courses are suitable for business', schools, youth clubs, individuals. We train people of any age, no one's too young or too old to learn
All rides are run to your ability, there's no miles target, just a Leisurely social ride.
Don't have your own bike? No problem, we can hire you one to use on the ride or course

Courses can be run during the day, evenings or even at the weekend
